door to the Carlton Campus. This restaurant is currently being
fitted with two commercial kitchens upstairs.
- Tony Byrne has been appointed Principal for
Stott's Colleges' High School.
- Stott's Colleges has been accredited to
deliver Certificate III and IV in Hospitality (Commercial
Cookery) and the Diploma of Hospitality (Commercial Cookery). The
first intake will be on March 2nd 2009.
- VCAL now incorporates units from either the
Certificate III in Business Administration or Commercial
Cookery. Contact the registrar for more information.
